Shivani Mithbaokar (she/her) is a visual artist based in Brooklyn, New York. Her work constructs interior worlds and mythologies that combine symbolism to explore themes of the female agency, the body and the psychological states of healing and transformation using materiality. She received her BFA in Illustration from Parsons School of Design in 2018 and is currently finishing her MFA in Painting and Drawing from the Pratt Institute.
